This mabu tofu mix is one of my favorites. This version is slightly spicy but if you'd rather have the full spicy taste let me know and you can have that instead! Mabu tofu is a very popular dish here in Japan. Tofu is of course one of the staple foods and this is a great way to eat it. One box makes enough for three servings. You add one block of tofu (350-400 grams) cut into cubes, 80 grams of ground pork and if you like 1/2 of a green onion (30grams) finely chopped. Serve it alone or with rice or for a really new taste as the box suggests try it over pasta. The directions are pictured on the box and this is simple to make. Try it once and you'll be hooked forever!
