1)  Contact the Japan Connection to reserve your item.  Please add the following information to ensure a quick and happy transaction:

     - Please refer to the item that you wish by the corresponding number next to the picture.    Please ensure that you attach the prefix letters. You can also list the name of the item to help speed things up!!

     - Tell us where you want the item shipped (please include your full mailing address if possible, or at least US State and Zip w/in US or Country name!)  and if you want the item insured and how you plan to pay.  The Japan Connection will respond to you with the final price that includes shipping.  Then continue on to step two. Note we can  not be responsible for any item sent that is not insured. We have no control over the items once we send them out. We take care to package well but that is all we can do. If you don't want to be disappointed we strongly recommend you insure your purchase (when we buy by mail we always do!). 

2)  Send the Japan Connection the agreed to cost including shipping.  Once the Japan Connection receives your payment we will promptly ship the item to you.
 

3)  Payment types accepted: Money Orders (US Postal: green domestic type, Store type such as supermarket, Wal-Mart or convenience store or Bank Money Orders!), Cashier's Checks,  Pay Pal or Cash (sent at your own risk). If you have any questions about payment types please don't hesitate to ask before you order! If you are paying via Pay Pal please wait for instructions before doing so!! **I'm sorry I can no longer accept personal checks** I used to be able to make sure the checks cleared within 2 weeks to 20 days but I recently found out that a check can come back nearly 2 months later. I do not want to start holding orders for 2 months after I received your check. Also the bank fees on returned checks are costly at $25.00.  The problem is even though I'm using a US bank there are so many delays between here and the US.  I'm really sorry for the change in policy. I've been burned a few times by people who stuck me with some bad checks. Including one for $180.00 and I had already sent out the order. Most people are very honest but one or two who aren't have cost me some big bucks! Money orders in the US are available at so many places I hope this won't be too much of an inconvenience! Thank you for understanding! The Money Orders will also speed up your order so it gets to you much faster!! :-)

4)  Please be courteous when ordering. If you have ordered something and decided you can't pay for it please contact us and tell us so, don't leave us hanging sending you a dozen emails and wondering if something has happened to you! This is especially important when ordering from the snacks page. As we state on the Pocky page, we buy each item fresh when it is ordered. This ensures you get fresh snacks and also means we can offer a much larger selection than other websites.  When you don't follow through with your order we must hope someone else comes along and buys what you wanted.  If you have ordered something rare chances are it will expire and we'll have to throw it out, this in turn will raise prices for everyone else. Also we often have to go to more than one store to fill an order, sometimes three, four or six stores. After putting that much effort into fulfilling your order it is very disappointing to us when you never respond or send payment.  Things happen, emergencies come up, please email to let us know what is going on. If you are just requesting a shipping estimate please be sure to state that so we can average the cost without purchasing all your items.  *Thank you!*
